Kimchi is often made with fish sauce, shrimp, soy sauce and gochujang that is made with high fructose corn syrup. This preservative-free, vegan kimchi is made with homemade gochujang sauce that uses coconut aminos and agave as a low-GI substitute. We are amending this to make it even healthier with coconut flower syrup which is a less processed sweetener.
