Mix all the dry ingredients together
Mash the banana with the wet ingredients
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. and whisk thoroughly.
Brush the waffle maker with a generous amount of butter over no heat
Switch on the gas to high heat, then pour about 1/2 cup of the egg waffle batter on the center of the waffle maker
Quickly twist the waffle maker with your wrist, ensure the batter has covered all edges of the waffle maker
Close the waffle maker and lock the latch
Turn the waffle maker around and repeat the twist with your wrist
Wait for about 5 minutes before you gently unlock the latch
Switch off the heat and let it cool before you peel the egg waffle off. This will prevent it from breaking.
