A classic crispy crust crème brûlée that is vegan and delicious!

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 5 Ramekins

Ingredients

  • 45 grams Double Happiness Crème Brûlée Premix
  • 750 ml Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar or Coconut Palm Sugar

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the saucepan. Switch on the gas to high heat.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until it reaches a bubbling boil (2-3 minutes)
  • Pour it into the ramekins
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours to set
  • Sprinkle some brown sugar on the top of the ramekins
  • Using a kitchen blow torch, caramalise the brown sugar until it is golden and bubbly
  • Serve as is or with fresh berries on top
