Ingredients

Double Happiness Crème Brûlée Premix
750
ml
Coconut Cream
2
tbsp
Brown Sugar or Coconut Palm Sugar
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the saucepan. Switch on the gas to high heat.
Whisk the ingredients together until it reaches a bubbling boil (2-3 minutes)
Pour it into the ramekins
Refrigerate for 3 hours to set
Sprinkle some brown sugar on the top of the ramekins
Using a kitchen blow torch, caramalise the brown sugar until it is golden and bubbly
Serve as is or with fresh berries on top
