Ingredients

Gajar Ka Halwa Cupcake

  • 360 grams leftover dessert Gajar Ka Halwa
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder optional

Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3-4 tbsp icing sugar

Instructions

Gajar Ka Halwa Cupcake

  • Combine altogether using an electric mixer
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius

Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Mix with an electric mixer until smooth
  • Pipe on the cupcakes when cool
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and strands of saffron
