Instructions
Gajar Ka Halwa Cupcake
Combine altogether using an electric mixer
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix with an electric mixer until smooth
Pipe on the cupcakes when cool
Garnish with chopped pistachios and strands of saffron
