1 wooden spatula
Ingredients

vine cherry tomatoes

fresh parsley
chopped

garlic

medium white onion
chopped

extra virgin olive oil

salt

tsp
pepper

cup
cooking cream
1
tsp
red chilli flakes

tsp
dried oregano

tsp
dried sage

dried thyme

tsp
dried basil

boiled pasta of your choice!
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
Add the mixture to a pre-heated Meyer cast-iron sauteuse and sauté until fragrant
Add the salt, pepper and spices. Mix together
Add the cooking cream and mix thoroughly. Let it reach a bubbling simmer.
Add your pasta, and mix through until the pasta is fully covered in sauce.
Serve with extra chilli flakes
