Delicious Arrabbiata Sauce in 10 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Cast Iron Sauteuse
  • 1 Chopping Board
  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 wooden spatula

Ingredients

  • 12 vine cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/3 medium white onion chopped
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cup boiled pasta of your choice!

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Add the mixture to a pre-heated Meyer cast-iron sauteuse and sauté until fragrant
  • Add the salt, pepper and spices. Mix together
  • Add the cooking cream and mix thoroughly. Let it reach a bubbling simmer.
  • Add your pasta, and mix through until the pasta is fully covered in sauce.
  • Serve with extra chilli flakes
