1 Cast Iron Sauteuse
1 Chopping Board
1 Sharp knife
1 wooden spatula
Ingredients

cups
fresh Italian basil
1/3
medium sized onion
chopped

tsp
garlic
minced
1/2
cup
grated parmesan
1/2
cup
pine nuts
roasted
3-4
tbsps
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
1
cup
pasta water
2
cups
boiled pasta of your choice!
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
Add the mixture to a pre-heated Meyer cast-iron sauteuse and sauté until fragrant
Add the salt and pepper, and pasta water. Mix together
Add your pasta, and mix through until the pasta is fully covered in sauce.
Serve with grated parmesan, Tabasco and lemon juice!
