1 Sharp knife
1 Grater
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Frying pan
Ingredients
1handfulHydrated Wood Ear MushroomsIf you have the dry packets, take about half a palm sized amount from the packet and hydrate in boiling water for 2 hours, then strain and pat dry.
1Lily Bulbsplit apart and washed
1Birds Eye Red Chillisliced
2clovesGarlicshredded
2stalksSpring Onionchopped. Use the white part for cooking, and the green part for the garnish
2tbspSesame Oil
1tbspSoy Sauce
3.5tbspsChinese Black Vinegar
1tspBrown Sugar
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl
Pour the mixture in your frying pan over medium to high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
You can either serve hot, or let it cool and serve cold.
